The majority of my work took place on an Apple Mac computer. This allowed me to access all of the online websites to create my blog. I also worked on my windows computer at home which allowed me to access my blog and other websites such as Youtube..

The most important website technology used in my whole project was Blogger. This was the base to record all of my tasks easily making for a very organised project in which I could look back at previous tasks and continue to improve on them.

Useful features to me were the embed and photo tools. These options to vary how my research is viewed is important to show IT skills and to help my overcome problems by using multiple websites that have different functions.

The timeline presentation of blogger allowed me to view my progress effectively and see how to improve for future tasks.

An excellent website which I used was called Vimeo. Not only did this website allow my to find content for my research which was unavailable on YouTube, It also helped my drastically with uploaded copyright footage.

My 30 cut chorus was uploaded to Vimeo as well as my lip sync practice. This website may also be useful to upload my final video to as it will not be taken down so can be viewed without hassle.

I believe that YouTube was one of the most important tools for my research. This free website allowed me to view professional music videos created by artists which inspired my music video to Stressed Out by Twenty One Pilots. This was also used for looking at previous students videos as well and grading them myself. I used to website in my creative tasks as well as there is no limit to how much you can upload to YouTube. The easy access of these videos allowed me to see my creative work multiple times so I could realise what worked and what needed to be improved.

Tube chop was a tool I used to be specific with what I was referencing. I could find exact points of videos then embed them onto blogger.

My tow favourite website tools used were Timetoast and Slideshare.

Timetoast was the first website I used other than blogger. It was used to show a detailed history of music videos, where they originated and how they have developed over time. This website provided a very novel approach to creating a task and was a website I had no knowledge of before starting my research.

Slideshare was a very useful tool for adding some variation and easy viewing to a few of my tasks. It enabled me to turn PowerPoints into well crafted slideshows for my blog site. This made for less clutter and a neater blog.

Whilst I still used website tools such as Youtube especially when planning to look at similar genres music videos that were made professionally. I often used more conventional methods of planning such as drawing for my storyboard as it is easier to edit and visualise on paper rather than behind a screen. I did the same with my shot list however i used google to find templates to copy to make sure that my planning would not its anything.
